This course is developed for volunteers and employees in the IOF organisation, with the purpose of understanding the workings of the organisation, the different roles and responsibilities. The goal is to contribute to a well functioning and integrated IOF organisation.
A lot of the material in the course come from the different steering documents of the IOF. This includes the guiding document “Working within the IOF“, which is available on the IOF website under “Governance and Organisation”. At the end of this document, you will also find a list of abbreviations in use in the IOF organisation, which we recommend you to get familiar with (not part of this course).
