How do I enroll and register myself with an account?

I have registered for an account, but I have not received any email in my inbox. What can I do?

The email should come from [email protected] via amaterasu.oderland.com (IOF’s web hotel). Check your spam filter and potential inboxes for advertising material and social content.

Do I need to register to enroll in courses?

Some courses are open and no enrollment is required, while for other courses you need to enroll to get access to the content of the courses.

Why do I need to enroll and log in for some of the courses?

To save your progress and receive a certificate when the course is completed.

Is there a fee for any of the courses?

No.

How can I see which lessons and tasks I have completed successfully?

The icons of the lessons and sub-content you have completed successfully becomes green in the course overview page and left side bar.

I have successfully completed tasks and lessons, but the tool is not updating my progress. What can I do?

Log out and close your browser. Then open and log in again. Change to another browser if this does not work. Google Crome is recommended.

The tool doesn’t allow me to progress to the next task or lesson. What can I do?

  • Review the completion status of all the previous lessons and tasks and make sure it is all completed sucessfully.
  • Log out and close your browser. Then open and log in again. Change to another browser if this does not work.

I want to suggest an improvement or correction in a course. What should I do?
